Below are some informative graphs and charts to help understand the differences found between populations at each site and the overall differences between sites.

Mortality numbers were generated by collecting most if not all dead oysters at each site and counted later at the lab. There were also some additional deceased oysters that were accidentally collected with the live samples. And for Dabob Bay, additional mortalities were collected on the return trip and added to the original mortality numbers for Dabob.

Live Counts were completed at each site on sampling day. All live oysters were counted for each tray except at Dabob where only 1/4th of the total number of live oysters were counted in each tray. The total live counts per population are calculated by adding the live counts from all 4 trays per population were added together. For Dabob, this number was then multiplied by 4 to estimate the total live count for each population at Dabob.

At each site 8 live samples were collected from each tray culminating with roughly 32 samples per population. At Dabob 16 samples were taken per tray which theoretically created 64 samples were population, actual population samples ranged from 43 to 59.
